The standard 3X8 grout pump is a double acting, positive displacement plunger style that will deliver 20 GPM (77 LPM), 1000 PSI (69 BAR). The pump also simply convertible to 2X8 plungers which delivers 12 GPM (45 LPM), 2000 PSI (138 BAR).
The ChemGrout model CG600/3X8 series are skid mounted, high pressure colloidal grout plants. These systems are designed to provide a continuous operation of mixing and pumping at the same time. This unit features a 13 Cubic Foot (368 liter) high shear colloidal mixer, a 13 CF (368 liter) agitating holding tank and ChemGrout's unique, patented, double acting plunger high pressure grout pump. The colloidal mixer is equipped with a high speed centrifugal mixing pump that rotates at speeds of 2000 RPM to break the material down to its finest particle size to achieve complete particle wetness. The mixing tank is also equipped with a powered bridge breaker to disperse the material before entering the colloidal mixer. The agitating holding tank has vertical shaft paddle mixer to keep the grout thoroughly mixed for pumping. The grout pump is connected directly to the agitating holding tank to provide a continuous pumping operation. This system can be powered by compressed air, hydraulically, electric/hydraulic or diesel/hydraulic. The air powered model requires 375 CFM, 100 PSI of compressed air. The hydraulic system requires dual circuits 12 & 16 GPM, 2400 PSI of hydraulic oil. The electric/hydraulic system is powered by a 30 HP, TEFC, high-efficiency electric motor that requires 3 phase electric current, several voltage options are available. The diesel/hydraulic system is powered by a 37 HP Kubota liquid cooled, durable diesel engine.
